Hi, Campbell! I don’t know if you’ve already written a blog about it yet, but I’m interested in the process you go through to make these NES paintings.
Do you familiarize yourself with the game a bit if you’ve never played it before? How do you decide which parts of the game to focus on in your painting? I see you sketch in pencil and then outline in pen – what type of pens do you use that won’t bleed when you apply the paint on top?
