Campbell Whyte has been teaching comics making to a variety of audiences for the past 10 years. From primary school age groups, high school, university level and even senior citizens.

Campbell teaches regular courses for primary school age students at the Milktooth kids art school which he runs with Elizabeth Marruffo. As well as this, he runs workshops, gives presentations and talks on panels for external organisations, as part of literary festivals, book weeks, for teacher professional learning courses and for general education purposes.

Comics are an incredible medium that combines traditional literary techniques with the richness of visual media to tell stories in a truly unique way. They can be used as to tell just about any story imaginable, as instructive tools, entertainment, therapy, advocacy and personal autobiography.

Past clients include the Perth Writers Festival, Sommerset Storyfest, Scribblers Festival, Perth Comic Arts Festival, Supanova Comic Con, Paper Mountain Gallery, Light Grey Art Lab, City of Perth Library, Awesome Children’s Arts Festival, The Art Gallery of Western Australia, the Australian Red Cross, Edith Cowan University and many more.
